About

A wellness center in Michiana for people ready to remember what the body already knows.

Heat and cold. Light and oxygen. Quiet and conversation. Not a spa that pretends nothing is wrong, and not an office that treats you as a chart. A place where a living system can settle, and begin again.

Tours are welcome. Come see if this is a season for you.

Our Story

For Times Like These began as a simple response to friends and family facing late-stage and deeply rooted disease. Dan and Bonnie started by working with people in their own home, offering what they could with the tools and knowledge they had.

As the need grew, the work moved to Lincoln Way East, and then to its home today at 2955 McKinley Avenue in South Bend.

Bonnie Weaver, Co-Founder

Bonnie is a trained kinesiologist who focuses on client care and teaches breath work.

Dan Pavich, Co-Founder

Dan is a certified health coach, trained under Dr. Zach Bush, and is completing PhDs in functional medicine and naturopathic medicine.

Together they built a place where the body is cared for as a living system, not a set of symptoms. They built the Ruby Lux sauna themselves, from scratch. Every room is set up to support the body's own capacity to recover through oxygen, light, temperature, frequency and stillness, with room left for conversation, breath and the practical work of getting better.

The center is still what it was at the start: a place for people who have been carrying something heavy, and who need a setting where the conditions are right for real change.

Values

01

The body as a living system

We care for the whole person, not a list of symptoms.

03

Faith and wellness together

No one has to leave their soul at the door.

02

Conditions, not promises

We create the setting, and the body does its own work of recovery.

04

Honest care

We give plain answers, start simple, and never sell a stack of everything at once.
